What Countries Do You Ship To?

We ship worldwide! Please understand that all international orders are shipped "Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU)." Meaning that you, the customer, are fully responsible for paying your local country's import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order internationally serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are not able to calculate these fees at time of purchase.

 

Can I make a return or an exchange?

All sales are final. After an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and no modifications or cancellations can be made. 

If you would like to swap an item you've purchased for a different size or if you have received an item that is damaged, or incorrect, you may exchange it for free within 5 days of the product being delivered. All returned items must be in new and unworn condition with tags still attached. If an item is received in any other condition, it will be sent back at your expense. 

We recommend following the washing instructions on the label attached inside the item. Once an item has been worn or washed, we will no longer accept your claim or return. Ownership transfers completely from our business to consumer as soon as the item is worn or washed (whichever is done first). No exceptions. 

When Will My Order Arrive?

Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and payment verification.  For all items, you can expect them in 1-3 weeks. Each item is made with love and is handmade per order. Please note that orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances/COVID/Supply Chain shipping delays. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered. Thank you for shopping with us! 

I Ordered The Wrong item, Can You Change My Order Before It Ships?

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified/canceled. 

How is my donation sent to my charity of choice?

We are in communication with at least 1 representative from each organization that is listed on our site. Donations will be sent to the organization in a lump sum after each product drop is complete! Thank you for making a difference and helping the world become a better place!

I Placed An Order But I Have Not Received Any Email Confirmation?

If you have not received an email after 2 hours of placing your order, please check your junk mail/spam folder. If you think that you entered an incorrect email address, please contact us at muchlovebycait@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will resend your confirmation email! 

How do I find out about new items being dropped?

Most of our products do not have set release dates but make sure to follow us on our social media pages @muchlovebycait and we definitely recommend signing up for our email notifications to receive alerts each time we add new products!
